I hereby acknowledge that I will attend the Fast Forward Movement Party on Monday, October 29,
2024, hosted at LIV nightclub located at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33140 (hereinafter “Fast Forward
Movement Party” or “event”). I acknowledge that alcohol may be served and consumed during the Fast Forward Movement Party and understand
that participation in this event involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. I am
fully aware of the dangers and risks associated with the consumption of alcohol, including impaired judgment and coordination, which can
increase the likelihood of accidents, falls, or other incidents, that may result in bodily harm, serious injury, and/or death.
I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns hereby release, waive, relinquish, and forever discharge, hold harmless, and
indemnify DB Real Estate Group Inc, DSD Commercial Inc. and EXP World Holdings Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives, trustees, agents, attorneys, and volunteers (collectively the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, claims arising out of negligence
or negligent acts, demands, lawsuit(s), damages, actions and causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal or bodily injury claims,
damage or loss of property claim, and/ or wrongful death claims, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators, and/or assigns may have or may
ever have arising out of, by reason of, or in any manner related to my attendance at the Fast Forward Movement Party. Further, I hereby agree that
under no circumstances will I or my heirs, executors, administrators, and/or assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal or bodily injury,
financial loss, damage or loss of property, or wrongful death against the Releasees. It is my intention by this instrument to exempt and relieve the
Releasees from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the Fast Forward Movement Party, including, but not limited to, liability for
personal or bodily injury, financial loss, negligence or negligent acts, damage or loss of property, or wrongful death.
I, am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with my attendance at the Fast Forward Movement Party and I am fully aware that there may
be risks and hazards unknown to me. I am fully aware that these risks may include, but not be limited to, (i) risks arising from the consumption of
alcohol, such as accidents, illness, or injury; (ii) risks related to physical activities or interactions at the event; and, (iii) risks associated with
transportation to and from the event.
I, understand that the consumption of alcohol is entirely my choice and responsibility. I agree not to operate a motor vehicle or engage in any
activity that requires full mental or physical capabilities if I have consumed any alcohol. I further agree to drink responsibly and acknowledge
that LIV, FOUNTAINBLEAU, DB Real Estate Group Inc, DSD Commercial Inc. and EXP World Holdings Inc., or any of the event organizers
and/or security, reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any attendee who appears intoxicated or otherwise impaired.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, and liabilities, including
attorney’s fees and costs, arising from my own actions, omissions, or negligence during The Fast Forward Movement Party. I further hereby agree
to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any judgement, settlement, loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and
attorney’s fees for both the trial and appellate levels, that Releasees may incur as a proximate result of any negligent or deliberate act or omission
on my part during my participation in The Fast Forward Movement Party or its related activities.
I understand the nature of the Fast Forward Movement Party I will be attending. I hereby represent and affirm that I am qualified, over the age of
twenty-one (21), and able to participate in The Fast Forward Movement Party and its related activities. Despite the risks and hazards associated
with The Fast Forward Movement Party and its related activities, I wish to proceed, and freely accept and assume all risks and hazards that may
arise from my participation. I acknowledge that my participation in The Fast Forward Movement Party and its related activities is purely optional
and I am freely and voluntarily participating.
I, expressly agree that this Release, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk is intended to be as broad and inclusive as the laws of the State
of Florida will allow, and that if any portion thereof is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding the invalid portion,
continue in full force and effect.
I, further represent and state that I am not relying on any oral or written representation or statements made by the Releasees. I further agree that
this Release, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
In signing this Release, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk, I acknowledge and represent (i) that I have read and understand it; (ii) that I
sign it voluntarily and for full and adequate consideration by attending The Fast Forward Movement Party, fully intending to be bound by the
same; (iii) that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it; and (iv) that I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age and fully competent. I
understand that this is a legal document which is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns and on those who may claim by
or through me.
I, hereby assign and grant Releasees and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos
of me from the Fast Forward Movement Party of or in which I may be included for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any
manner and medium, to alter the same without restriction, and to copyright the same. I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally approve of the use
of my photographs or videos from the Fast Forward Movement Party; assign Releasees all rights relating to such photographs or videos of me;
and, release Releasees, its agents and its legal representatives from any liability and/or any claims relating to said photographs or videos. It is
agreed that Releasees may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, public display,
television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purpose thought proper by Releasees.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND, BY SIGNING IT,
VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT, AND AGREE THAT IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE THE
RELEASEES FROM LIABILITY TO MYSELF OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR
WRONGFUL DEATH WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE,
THEREBY BARRING ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES: DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, AND/OR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS OR PERSONAL PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL BASIS.
